Refund policy

Genesis Tile & Granite provides professional tile, stone, and remodeling services. Because our work involves skilled labor, materials, and scheduled project time, we use the following refund terms:

1. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or the project has been scheduled.

2. Services Already Performed
Completed labor cannot be refunded. If an issue arises with workmanship, we will assess and correct it according to our service warranty.

3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If materials have been purchased or work has begun, the client is responsible for those costs.

4. Revisions & Corrections
We stand behind our workmanship. If a client has concerns, we will schedule a follow-up visit to review and address the issue.
