Terms of Service

Genesis Tile & Granite (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professional tile, stone, countertop, and remodeling installation services throughout Greater Los Angeles. By booking our services or submitting a project request, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
We provide installation, fabrication, repair, and related contracting services. All work is performed to industry standards and pre-approved project specifications.

2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on material choices, onsite conditions, or added scope.

3. Scheduling
Project start dates depend on availability and may change due to weather, material delays, or unexpected job-site conditions.

4. Payments & Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve materials and schedule service. Remaining balances are due at project completion unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or labor has been scheduled.

6. Warranty
We guarantee workmanship for standard industry warranty periods. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, structural issues, water leaks, or third-party contractors.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, access to the property, and confirm material selections. We are not responsible for delays caused by unavailable materials.

8. Liability
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Services are provided “as available.”
